Today marked a significant day as thousands of supporters, along with esteemed members of the Congress Party, gathered to kickstart the election campaign for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Led by Congress Party candidate Shri Vijay Inder Singla ji, the convoy paid obeisance at the sacred shrines of Sri Anandpur Sahib and Naina Devi temple to seek blessings for the election journey ahead.
The enthusiastic participation of senior Congressmen, workers, Panches, Sarpanches, Chairman, District Council-Block Committee members, Councilors of Mohali Corporation, former councilors, and distinguished gentlemen underscored the unwavering commitment to the values and principles of the Congress Party.
Speaking on the occasion, Sardar Balbir Singh Sidhu emphasized the pivotal role of Anandpur Sahib Constituency in the Punjab Elections, reaffirming his belief in the Congress Party’s victory across all 13 constituencies, including Anandpur Sahib. He expressed confidence in the overwhelming response received during the inaugural campaign, predicting a resounding win for Shri Vijay Inder Singla ji.
Highlighting the pressing issues facing Punjab, Sardar Sidhu reiterated the urgent need for the leadership of the Congress Party to address the challenges confronting the state. He criticized the BJP-led central government for its assault on democratic institutions and lambasted thAam Aadmi Party for reneging on promises and neglecting the welfare of Punjab.
Sardar Sidhu rallied the Congress workers of Mohali constituency, urging them to redouble their efforts in ensuring victory. He underscored the importance of unity and solidarity in advancing the interests of Punjab and its people. Balbir Singh Sidhu called upon the citizens of Punjab to stand united in support of the Congress Party, emphasizing that only through collective action can the state overcome its current challenges and realize its full potential.
