Senior Congress leader Sardar Balbir Singh Sidhu strongly condemns the actions of MLA Kulwant Singh for the blatant misuse of public resources. It has come to light that new cleaning machines, intended for the Municipal Corporation (MC) of Mohali, have been inappropriately parked at the MLA’s office instead of the MC office.
“These cleaning machines are public property, funded by the hard-earned money of our taxpayers. They are meant to serve our community, not to be used as props for political gain,” said Sardar Balbir Singh Sidhu. “The fact that these machines have not yet been handed over to MC Mohali is a clear attempt by MLA Kulwant Singh to claim undue credit for the Municipal Corporation’s work.”
This matter further highlighting the gravity of this issue. Such actions undermine the trust of the public and showcase a severe lack of integrity and accountability. Balbir Singh Sidhu demands immediate action that the cleaning machines must be moved to the MC Mohali office without any further delay. MLA Kulwant Singh must provide a full explanation for the diversion of these machines to his party office. “Our leaders must prioritize the welfare of the community over personal political agendas. The people of Mohali deserve better,” added Sardar Balbir Singh Sidhu.
