Ashmah International School, Sector 70 organized a heartfelt Save the Girl Child campaign to raise awareness about the importance of gender equality and girl child empowerment. The event, which saw active participation from students, teachers, and parents was led by School Principal Suchi Grovar and Chairman J.S. Kesar. The campaign highlighted the significance of educating and empowering girls, advocating for their rights, and addressing critical issues such as female infanticide and gender discrimination. The campaign was part of the school’s ongoing efforts to foster a more inclusive and empowered society.

As part of the event, the school held a Poster Making Competition on the theme “Save the Girl Child,” where students creatively expressed their thoughts and ideas through visually impactful artwork. The competition received overwhelming participation, with students demonstrating their support for the cause and reflecting on the crucial role of girls in shaping the future

In her address, Principal Suchi Grovar emphasized the role of education in changing societal mindsets and creating opportunities for girls to flourish. She encouraged students to become ambassadors of this cause and to support initiatives that promote the well-being and future of girl children.

Chairman J.S. Kesar, while speaking at the event, stressed the importance of community involvement in ensuring a brighter future for girls. He reiterated the school’s commitment to promoting equality and inclusivity in its educational programs and beyond.
