Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri Camus hosted a monumental Freedom Ride on the occasion of Independence Day, bringing together over 700 passionate bikers from across Punjab. This unprecedented event celebrated the spirit of freedom, unity, and the power of education.
The ride, which commenced from Thumpers Cafe, Mohali, culminated in a grand celebration at CGC Jhanjeri. Participants from Ludhiana, Amritsar, Pathankot, Jalandhar, Ambala, and other regions converged to participate in this inspiring initiative.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Lt. Gen. Kamal Jit Singh Former Army Commander, Advisor to CM & State Information Commissioner, Columnist & Honorary Professor as the Chief Guest. Actor Baninder Bunny also extended his support to this noble cause. A captivating March Past by NCC cadets showcased discipline, unity, and the spirit of patriotism, adding to the grandeur of the occasion.
